I
GET EMAILS FROM OWNERS ASKING ME WHAT I THINK THEIR SLED IS WORTH.
THE WORTH OF A SLED DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS SUCH AS -
APPEARANCE
- CONDITION - MILEAGE - ACCIDENTED - IS THE MOTOR STUCK - TRACK CONDITION
- RARE MODEL - STORED OUTSIDE / INSIDE - ORIGINAL - HAVING TRANSFER
PAPERS AND SO ON.
I CREATED THESE PAGES TO GIVE BUYERS AND SELLERS A LOOK AT SLEDS THAT HAVE RECENTLY SOLD ON EBAY WITH THEIR DESCRIPTION. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS AN ACCURATE PRICE LIST OF A SLEDS WORTH BUT AS A GUIDE TO SHOW YOU WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL OR BUY A SLED FOR ON EBAY. JUST
REMEMBER - SOMETIMES ON EBAY - 2 BIDDERS DRIVE A SLED'S PRICE WAY UP OVER
THE TRUE VALUE BECAUSE THEY BOTH WANT IT AND THEN SOMETIMES A SLED CAN
SELL ON EBAY FOR A LOT LESS THAN
THIS
GUIDE IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO TELL YOU THE WORTH OF A SLED. AFTER
ALL A SLED IS WORTH ONLY WHAT THE BUYER IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.
I AM POSTING THIS GUIDE AS A SERVICE AND NOTHING ELSE.
I
DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE YEAR POSTED WITH THE SNOWMOBILE.

4
snowmobile (3) twin track Raider and (1) arctic cat
Vehicle Description I
am selling all these as a package with no reserve and a low starting bid.
The trailer is not included in auction and not for sale. All these items
belong to a very good friend of mine and he asked me if I would sell them
on Ebay for him. He has owned these for a long time and he is cleaning
his place up so these have to go. They are being sold in as is condition
and with no warrenty or refunds. At one time they all use to run. But they
all have been sitting a while and will need some TLC. All motors do turn
over but we have not gased up or tried to start them. The 3 twin track
Raider snowmobiles are 400 engines (or bigger-one may be a 440-not sure),
The artic cat is one of the rare hard to find snomobiles with the hydraulic
trans instead of belt drive, this was a very nice sled back in its day,
it even has built in the dash dual head temp. gauges. This snowmobile also
has a 440 engine which does also turn over, but we did not try to start.
He does have the paperwork for all sleds (registrations). I think he said
all sleds were somewhere around 1973.

A DONATION OF $ 5 OR $ 10 GOES A LONG WAY. ANY CONTRIBUTION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS - DAVID |
