David - I think I can help you about the sled
( not the girl !) This sled was on display
at Place Bonanventure at the Salon Canada American in 1972. it was
for dealers only
and a friend of mine gave me a pass to go there. I talked with the guy who was there. It was not a prototype. They built a fiberglass body on an Arctic Cat Panther 1970 or 1971 just to show the 3M stripes, models and shapes. This sled never ran on snow. There was no engine on it, that's what the owner told me but this sled was looking great with the bucket seat. It is there where I took my inspiration to build my chopper easy rider.
