I
GET EMAILS FROM OWNERS ASKING ME WHAT I THINK THEIR SLED IS WORTH.
THE WORTH OF A SLED DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS SUCH AS -
APPEARANCE
- CONDITION - MILEAGE - ACCIDENTED - IS THE MOTOR STUCK - TRACK CONDITION
- RARE MODEL - STORED OUTSIDE / INSIDE - ORIGINAL - HAVING TRANSFER
PAPERS AND SO ON.
I CREATED THESE PAGES TO GIVE BUYERS AND SELLERS A LOOK AT SLEDS THAT HAVE RECENTLY SOLD ON EBAY WITH THEIR DESCRIPTION. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS AN ACCURATE PRICE LIST OF A SLEDS WORTH BUT AS A GUIDE TO SHOW YOU WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL OR BUY A SLED FOR ON EBAY. JUST
REMEMBER - SOMETIMES ON EBAY - 2 BIDDERS DRIVE A SLED'S PRICE WAY UP OVER
THE TRUE VALUE BECAUSE THEY BOTH WANT IT AND THEN SOMETIMES A SLED CAN
SELL ON EBAY FOR A LOT LESS THAN
THIS
GUIDE IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO TELL YOU THE WORTH OF A SLED. AFTER
ALL A SLED IS WORTH ONLY WHAT THE BUYER IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.
I AM POSTING THIS GUIDE AS A SERVICE AND NOTHING ELSE.
I
DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE YEAR POSTED WITH THE SNOWMOBILE.

Eskimo snowmobile.Sorry I had this listed earlier and Ebay cancelled it
because I guess I had it listed in the wrong category.Very good condition. The
previous owner started to restore it a few years ago.The engine is a 440
JLO and runs good.It still has the original seat which has a very small
crack where it snaps to the tunnel. The windshield(original) has some light
scrathes but is still original.A lot of the parts have been cleaned up
or painted. Both rear suspension springs are broke and it's missing one
whole bougie arm assembly. The track has a small chunk ripped out and there
is a piece of leather pop-rivetted in place. There is also some small cracks
in the fiberglass.I think this sled could be restored or used for parts.I
have too many projects started and I'm running out of space.
Winning bid: US $307.00 (Reserve met)
