OF THE TIME OF YEAR IT WAS POSTED OR THE WAY THE PERSON POSTED THE AD.

HERE IS HOW THIS AD READ ON EBAY.

1965 Bombardier Ski-Doo Olympique Vintage Snowmobile, 3 year old restoration, sled was disassembled, sandblasted, repainted, rewired, rebuilt, reupholstered and decaled to look better than new. 

Every part of the sled is polished, repainted or new.  
The sled was reassembled with all new hardware.  Includes original owners manual.  Engine/carb rebuilt but sled has not been fueled or started since restoration.  In fact, this snowmobile was displayed in my living room until recently.  

I took it to one snowmobile show this summer and it took the "Best of Show" and "People's Choice" awards.  Due to the excellent quality of this machine I believe it would do well at any show you took it to.

 If you did decide to ride the snowmobile, it would need to have oil added to the chaincase and premix to the fuel tank.  

Ride it, show it or simple ogle over it as I did.  
The Olympique is a simple machine of beauty!

The 1965 model year was the first for the legendary "Olympique" name on a Ski-Doo and was the only year with the V-Nose pattern on the fiberglass hood.  This Rotax 247cc was rated at 10HP, all the very light Olympique needed in the day to float over snow.  

The fuel cap on the snowmobile doubles as a measuring cup for adding two cycle oil.  This 1965 Olympique was from a much simpler time, the early days of the small Ski-Doo snow machine and a testiment to 50 years of progress in the sport.

This rare sled is for sale to make room for my core collection
as I downsize to a smaller building and prioritize to one brand
of snowmobile.
