I
GET EMAILS FROM OWNERS ASKING ME WHAT I THINK THEIR SLED IS WORTH.
THE WORTH OF A SLED DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS SUCH AS -
APPEARANCE
- CONDITION - MILEAGE - ACCIDENTED - IS THE MOTOR STUCK - TRACK CONDITION
- RARE MODEL - STORED OUTSIDE / INSIDE - ORIGINAL - HAVING TRANSFER
PAPERS AND SO ON.
I CREATED THESE PAGES TO GIVE BUYERS AND SELLERS A LOOK AT SLEDS THAT HAVE RECENTLY SOLD ON EBAY WITH THEIR DESCRIPTION. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS AN ACCURATE PRICE LIST OF A SLEDS WORTH BUT AS A GUIDE TO SHOW YOU WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL OR BUY A SLED FOR ON EBAY. JUST
REMEMBER - SOMETIMES ON EBAY - 2 BIDDERS DRIVE A SLED'S PRICE WAY UP OVER
THE TRUE VALUE BECAUSE THEY BOTH WANT IT AND THEN SOMETIMES A SLED CAN
SELL ON EBAY FOR A LOT LESS THAN
THIS
GUIDE IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO TELL YOU THE WORTH OF A SLED. AFTER
ALL A SLED IS WORTH ONLY WHAT THE BUYER IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.
I AM POSTING THIS GUIDE AS A SERVICE AND NOTHING ELSE.
I
DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE YEAR POSTED WITH THE SNOWMOBILE.

1976
ARCTIC CAT CROSS COUNTRY RARE SNOWMOBILE
Your are looking at a real collectors item and show piece! This snowmobile was professionally restored and has been very well taken care of since then. The restoration was done on virtually 100% of the snowmobile using primarily OEM parts. It only has ski skins to help preserve the skis in transportation or a very rare ride to keep the fluids in motion. The 1976 Arctic Cat Cross Country Cat was a very limited build. It is published that 625 of these were produced. It has a 340cc Suzuki/Spirit free-air engine with factory dual carbs. A very similar sled to the new-for-1976 Pantera model, the 1976 Cross Country Cats were built to compete in cross country competition. Factory dual fuel tanks, speedometer and tachometer were standard equipment.
Winning bid: US $1,628.99
